Since 1998 I've been involved in the audiovisual industry. Graduated in Communication, Radio, and Television at FAAP, I was invited to be one of the first women at TV Cultura's technical department as a CG operator. Even though I went to live in England in 1990 and when I got back I pursued a career as an advertising producer, I've never given up on my passion for software. So much that in the year 2003 I decided to quit my job as an assistant director at MTV  and become a video jockey. One year later I was one of the first women invited to the Skol Beats festival as VJK. As a VJ I had the opportunity to work in different countries such as Colombia and France. As I grew older and tired of the late-night shifts I've decided to apply my live editing techniques to videomaking. From then on I have worked as a videomaker producing, directing, shooting, and editing for all sorts of platforms, from institutional videos to advertainment. I have also lived and worked in places such as Tokyo (Japan), London (UK) and Luanda (Angola). For three years I had my own production studio until I decided to become a full-time editor. My last major projects were chef Olivier Anquier's TV program for GNT, called "Diário do Olivier" (in countries such as France, Spain, India, Thailand, and Australia) and also CanalOff's series, "Alma Viajante" about Yoga teacher Milla Monteiro's travels around Ethiopia, and "Elas Dançam com o Mar" with several famous female longboard surfers such as Kassia Meador, Lauren Hill, Crystal Kampsi and others.   Presently I'm a freelance editor, I present a podcast together with Mari Moraga and Sabrina Wilkins called "O Arquipelago" about editing and I'm the former president of AMC, São Paulo's Cinema Editor's Association.

Recently I have been working online for international companies such as Producing Partners in New York and Highly Unlikely in London.

Let's see what is the next thing I'll do.
